Off road private parking for one car. Private secure storage for bikes and boards. Pretty courtyard garden with patio table and chairs. Gas central heating. Combination oven, induction hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Village shop, pub, Fish and Chip shop and Post Office 1 mile. Note: Check in time 4PM. Note: Sorry, no children under 16

The village of Penwithick is two miles from St Austell. It has a store, fish and chip shop and a Post Office, it is a wonderful base for exploring the area. It is two and a half miles from Charlestown, a village on the coast with a beach and several pubs. Three miles away is the Eden Project. Enjoy the Polperro Heritage Coast and visi tLooe and Mevagissey, or travel slightly further afield to Newquay and Perranporth. A fantastic place to stay for exploring Cornwall!
