Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Parking available for 1 car on a first-come-first-served basis to rear of property; alternative parking available (paid for by the owner) in a car park approx 200m from property. Shops, pubs, and an award winning restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: Children are not accepted at this property. There are external steps to the first floor entrance. Off-road parking.
