Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and Juliet balcony, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, double basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire with access to roof terrace. Ground floor shared utility. Ground floor shared entrance hall.
The Penthouse comes on the second floor in the seaside town of Scarborough on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. It plays host to two bedrooms, namely a super king-size with an en-suite and a Juliet balcony, as well as a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Inside it also contains an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, a shared utility sits on the ground floor. The outside offers a designated parking space for one car and a roof terrace with furniture. The Penthouse is a contemporary base from which to enjoy the delights of this fine area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Add to this all the usual seaside entertainment and bustling promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.
