Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shops and pubs less than a 5 min walk. Note: The owners of the next door property and of the land below the cottage have a right of way along the garden path for access, however this is rarely used.

The countryside village of Youlgreave is situated between two of the area's valley - Lathkill Dale to the north and Bradford Dale to the south. The village is home to three pubs, all serving food, two shops (one with a Post Office) and a delightful medieval church. The market town of Bakewell is nearby and offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a frequent local market. With the whole of the Peak District National Park on the doorstep, many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House.
