This stone-built cottage is located in Llyn Peninsula of Northwest Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x second floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove.
Tyr Ysgol is a traditional stone cottage located in a rural setting on the secluded across three floors and has two double bedrooms and a twin room. On the ground floor is a family bathroom, a kitchen and an open-plan sitting room with dining area. To the front, rear and side is a lawned and stoned garden with outdoor furniture and a trampoline plus off road parking for one car. Located just a short walk to the village of Pen Y Graig and a short drive to the sandy beach at Porth Colmon, Tyr Ysgol is in a beautiful part of Wales that's worth visiting any time of year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Cot, stairgate and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop for basics 10 mins walk. Further shop and pub 6 miles. Beach 1.2 miles. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: Local shop is available for basics only, and only open in high season.
