Oil fired central heating. Electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, shared washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Bluetooth, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome to be kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Private pub directly opposite the cottages, farm shop 0.5 mile, shop 2 miles. Note: The washing machine is in an external communal area. Note: Fishing lake on-site, children should be supervised at all times.
