Two woodburning stoves. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 x 65" TV, 1 x TV with Sky Q, WIFI, PS4, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two highchairs, two travel cots and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Decking with furniture, patio with furniture and a hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 50 metres, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Caution to be taken, the staircase is open tread, steep and narrow. Note: The property central heating and hot water is run off two wood burning stoves and these must be lit in order to heat the property. Note : the Hot Tub may not be up to the recommended temperature on your arrival if a water change has taken place prior to your arrival..
