Fair Place is a cosy cottage based in the town of Hornsea in East Yorkshire. It has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside of the property there is roadside parking to the front and a decking with furniture, a lawn and lockable storage to the back. Fair Place is a great cottage in an excellent location. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of property. Lockable bike storage. Rear decking with furniture and a lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk. Note: Open tread spiral staircase in property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Children aged 5 years and above only. Note: There are two steps up to kitchen.
