Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Tiered garden with courtyard and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles away and pub 5 mins by car or a 20 minute walk. Canal is 20 minute walk away. Note: No children allowed at this property. Note: Tiered garden contains steps, care should be taken.

Set on the boulder-strewn River Dee and with a mountainous backdrop, the town of Llangollen offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and is home to the internationally famous musical Eisteddfod, held annually. There is so much to do - take a horse-drawn boat trip down the canal, or tackle the walking or cycling routes up the Castell Dinas Bran, then enjoy the view from the top. For a more sedate day trip, head to the National Trust properties of Chirk Castle or Erddig.
