Ringers Roost is a lovely first floor apartment above a pub, situated in the market town of St Columb Major just seven miles from Newquay in North Cornwall. the apartment can sleep six people in two double bedrooms and one bunk room (double on bottom, single on top), as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside parking is available in the pub car park. Ringers Roost is a lovely apartment to use as a base for exploring this delightful part of the country.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available in pub car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub downstairs. Note: Property accessed via an external staircase.

St Columb Major is an old and picturesque market town nestled among lush green countryside, just five miles from the North Cornish Coast. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches.
