Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath and basin. Separate WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared laundry room in external building.

Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a rear garden with furniture and shared lawned grounds. Cabin 3 is a lovely holiday base. County Cavan is home to a vast array of lakes and is close to the Northern Ireland border.

Note: Although all ground floor, this property is accessed via two steps. Electricity extra (metered).

Ballyconnell is a lovely town overlooked by Slieve Russell mountain, and is a great picturesque place to holiday.
