1 Belle Vue is a delightful double-fronted period cottage situated within a short stroll of the quaint village of Osmotherley on the western edge of the North York Moors National Park and can sleep six people in one twin bedroom with en-suite, a king-size double and a twin room. There is a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, secure bike storage and a lawned garden with furniture. 1 Belle Vue is the perfect choice for exploring this beautiful area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fire guard on request. Off road parking for 1 car (no wider than a Land Rover Discovery). Secure bike storage in garage. Lawned side and rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pubs 5 mins walk. Note: There are steps from one room to another in the house and steps to access the garden. - During the winter months the owners require at least 48 hours notice prior to arrival to allow them to heat the property to a suitable temperature.
