Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD Wifi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed decked patio with furniture and shared use of front garden, and woodland walks. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2.2 miles. Horse livery available by arrangement. Note: Property has its own water supply. Note: There is a pond in the shared element of the garden, care to be taken and children to be supervised. Note: There are two steps up to the decked area.
