This Grade II barn conversion is in the hamlet of Warleggan near to Bodmin Moor and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with pull-out beds, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with double sofa bed and gas woodburner-effect stove.
Lower Wooda Barn is a lovely Grade II barn conversion situated in the hamlet of Warleggan just seven and a half miles from Bodmin in Cornwall. The cottage has one king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower and two twin bedrooms (one with pull-out beds), together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed and woodburner-effect stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private lawn with patio and furniture. Lower Wooda Barn is a lovely cottage and an ideal base for touring the whole of Cornwall. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
