Outside is off road parking for two cars. 20 Bramble Cottage is an ideal cottage for a relaxing break away from it all, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Please be aware there are some sloping ceilings in the bedroom . There is no garden with this property however, right next to the cottage is a fenced dog-friendly zone in the local park

St Columb Minor is a quiet village off the main road into Newquay, with a supermarket and an excellent local pub, the Farmers Arms. Here, apart from being well-known for their food and local ales, a varied range of weekly events prove most popular. Opposite the pub, is the magnificent village church, dating from around 1430, and the high tower has been a landmark for generations of fishermen.
