Y Lleiaf is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated 1.7 miles from the coastal resort of Trearddur Bay. This cottage sleeps five people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and one family room with three single beds, along with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there's dedicated off road parking for two cars, a front bench and shared lawned gardens. Y Lleiaf is a delightful cottage for all the family. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Facilities & Amenities
Electric wall heaters with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with basic Sky and FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Dedicated off road parking for 2 cars on communal courtyard. Front bench, plus shared lawned gardens. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1.7 miles. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Two external steps into cottage. Note: First floor bedroom has reduced head height and sloping ceiling to sides, so more suitable for children. Note: Unfenced terraced drops in gardens, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Communal path around cottage.
