Cwt y Ci is a lovely ground floor studio cottage in the hamlet of Pentir, just four miles from Llanberis in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in a living area with double bed. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a wet room with shower. Outside is ample off road parking and a front courtyard and shared lawned garden with furniture. Cwt y Ci is a delightful base from which to explore this fantastic part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, BluRay DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Ample off road parking. Front courtyard with furniture, plus shared lawned garden with furniture, unfenced stream and unfenced pond. Private rear yard with woodfire pizza oven, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 7 mins walk. Note: Garden is not secure and there?s an unfenced stream and pond in garden, children and dogs to be supervised at all times. Note: This property is situated close to an A road, some road noise may be experienced. Note: Even though the pub is 7 minutes walk away, the main road you walk on can be very dark in the winter months.

Pentir is a scattered hamlet with an excellent pub, situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park between the famous town of Llanberis and the University City of Bangor.
