With plenty to see and do in the area, makes Corn Cottage an ideal romantic retreat. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. The small hamlet of Water Yeat is in the Crake Valley, just a 5-minute walk from the shores of Allan Tarn and a 10 minute walk from the shores of Coniston Water in the beautiful Lake District National Park. To the northern end of the lake is the village of Coniston, and within reach are Hawkshead, Ambleside and Windermere.
