Mulberry Cottage is very well located for making the most of the coastline including popular Cromer, or for heading to the Norfolk Broads or just wandering the quiet country lanes. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Partially fenced garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceiling in some first floor rooms.
