Gas central heating and gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car, please allow access to garage at all times. Small seating area with bench to the front. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The cottage is approached via a cobbled path and two steps into the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken, due to the style of the property there are low ceilings.
