Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Small private seating area next to property, to the side of owner?s garden. It can also be accessed from upstairs, down 12 outside steps. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: The Spa at Burlton is located next to the property and offers full spa facilities. Please contact the owner to discuss the special packages, pricing and any further information.
