This barn conversion is located in the village of Kexby and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Mostly ground floor. Three bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC leading to 1 x mezzanine double (accessed via spiral staircase). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. External utility.
The Barn Ivy Cottage is a detached barn conversion on the owners' working livestock farm, in the village of Kexby and just five miles from York. This cottage sleeps six people and has one ground floor king-size double, one ground floor twin with en-suite bath and one double on the mezzanine floor, together with a family shower room. Also in the cottage is open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and barbecue. The Barn Ivy Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Note: Mezzanine double is accessed via a spiral staircase.
