Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Electric storage heaters with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned gardens with furniture and croquet set. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The garden is not secure and there is open farmland nearby, therefore dogs need be kept under control whilst outside. Travelcot and highchair available at the property upon request.

Modbury is a delightful country town on the edge of the South Hams. Modbury offers quaint tea rooms and shops, good restaurants and cosy pubs. With great walking and cycling opportunities to take advantage of in the wooded valleys and rolling fields, this is an ideal holiday location.
