Old Ford Farm Annexe is a comfortable, single-storey annexe to the owners' traditional Devon farmhouse, and is situated in a peaceful, rural setting on the outskirts of the hamlet of Wilmington near Honiton. With one double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, it is ideal for a couple. There is also a sitting room with dining area and a warming electric fire and a fitted kitchen at the property. Outside there is a private garden and off road parking for one car. Old Ford Farm Annexe is an ideal romantic getaway. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: River runs parallel to the property - ensure care is taken at all times. The pond has now been removed and replaced with outdoor terrace furniture and a pergola
