Dovedale is a large, double-fronted, semi-detached cottage in the Darwin Lake Holiday Village, close to Matlock. The property has four bedrooms; a king-size double (zip/link), two doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a twin, sleeping eight guests. The cottage also consist of a family bathroom with shower over bath and an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room with electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed courtyard with seating, plus a shared lawn, pond and access to the surrounding woodland. Dovedale is a spacious property overlooking the lake in a tranquil location.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Private courtyard with furniture, shared use of lawned areas, lake, woodland grounds and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: The lake is not fenced, children must be supervised
