Sandwell Manor is a splendid south-facing Georgian House in a rural river valley close to the Devon town of Totnes between the South Devon coast and Dartmoor National Park. The house sleeps 14 people in seven first floor bedrooms; six doubles and a twin, plus there are seven bath or shower rooms. Downstairs the living space is generous and bright including a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining area and a modern kitchen. There is also a bar, a snug and the elegant hall is home to a baby grand piano. Outside a level terrace and lawn is ideal for croquet and beyond there is a rough lawn area for children to play. Tennis court available by arrangement. With the coast or heights of Dartmoor within easy reach, Sandwell Manor is a brilliant house for a big group of family or friends to enjoy a holiday in South Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The market town of Totnes is at the head of the estuary of the River Dart, in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
