Overview
This second-floor apartment rests in Pentire near Newquay and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Second floor apartment. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 2 x double. All double beds with Ottoman storage under the mattresses. Single camp bed with mattress available on request, stored in Ottoman storage (suitable for a child or a small/lightweight adult). Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Apartment 31 is a wonderful second-floor apartment, boasting sea views, in Pentire, Newquay. The property has three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, sleeping six guests. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and an ope-plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting room with access to the balcony, where there are chairs to sit and admire the sea view. Apartment 31 is a wonderful base for a Newquay break.
