Groes Heol is a remarkable converted farmhouse that can be found lying on the edge of Mallwyd, Wales. Consisting of a king-size bedroom, two doubles, a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, this cottage can sleep a total of ten guests. The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor is home to two further shower rooms, an open-plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with woodburning stove, a separate sitting room, a snug, a games room and a utility room. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, cot and stairgate available. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no moking. Shop 3.9 miles; pub 4 miles. Note: In the garden you will find a gate leading out to a lake, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Steep open-tread staircase leading up to the second floor, please be cautious. Note: Check-in is 4pm
