Comprising of two bedrooms; a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan lounge with a dining area. Outside is a garden with a picnic bench and ample off-road parking. Molly's Folly is a well-presented cottage enjoying a lovely position for exploring all that south-east Cornwall has to offer.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freesat Satellite. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot available. Private decking with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities such as indoor (open year round) and outdoor heated swimming pools (seasonal opening times apply), tennis courts, kid's playground and bar/restaurant. Note: The leisure facilities, reception and shop are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly
