Ground-floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower over, basin and WC and mirror with in-built sound system. Kitchen. Living/dining room with double sofa bed and woodburning stove.

To the rear of the property is a private patio and decking area with furniture, and to the front is roadside parking. College Cottage is a delightful base for a small family of four seeking a holiday by the sea. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, hairdryer. Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: There are three steps up to the kitchen area. Check-in 4PM

Nefyn is a picture-perfect coastal town sitting on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula in Wales. Alongside the two miles of golden, sandy beach, the town is home to a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as nearby Pwllheli and Abersoch providing a wider selection; you're sure to find something to cater to every taste. A steady and scenic drive will bring you to the Snowdonia National Park where you can ramble and nature spot, or simply relax on the shores of Nefyn and soak in your scenery.
