The Stables is a charming all-ground-floor dwelling, settled in the quiet village of Llandyfrydog near Llanerchymedd, Wales. There are two bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, both sharing a bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to four people. The cottage is also home to a kitchen, a living/dining area and an external shared laundry room. Outside you will find a private patio area with furniture, as well as having shared access to the owner's grounds which offer bike storage and a summerhouse. There is off-road parking at this property. The Stables is a wonderful cottage to base your family retreat to Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, external coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request only. Off-road parking for two cars. Shared use of enclosed lawned garden, woodland and summer house. Bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.7 miles, pub 2.8 miles. Note: Although the property is all on the ground floor, there are a couple of stairs internally and when entering the property. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, children must be supervised at all times
