Electric heaters throughout the property and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for four cars. Front lawned garden and rear lawn with sheltered patio area and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within walking distance. Please note: there is a retro 1950s caravan at the end of the garden, this is not in use.
