Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring your own beach towels if required. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden at rear with patio furniture; decking area off master bedroom with seating. Sorry, no smoking. Two shops within 1 mile. Pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a pond so please ensure children are supervised.
