The King sized bedroom and the wet room have room for the use of mobile hoists if required (must be hired separately). Jack-and-Jill wet room with bath, walk-in shower, basin and comfort height WC, with disability rails. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric central heating, and under floor heating in the wetroom.

Goonhavern is a small village resting nearby to the coastal town of Perranporth in the county of Cornwall. Hosting a convenience store and a pub, this village has all the essentials and enjoys great access to lots of popular places thanks to its position on the A3075, connecting you easily to the likes of Truro, Newquay, Redruth and even Penzance.
