Central heating with open fire with one basket of logs provided. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Highchair and stairgates available. Rear decking and patio with furniture. Up to four dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Roadside parking subject to availability. Shop within 0.2 miles and pub within 0.1 mile (at the end of the road). Beach 100 yards away. Please note: The stairs up to the second floor are very steep and may not be suitable for younger children or older adults.

Pevensey is a village in the county of East Sussex on the south-east of England's shores. Home to Pevensey Bay, a shingle beach with amenities on the shore-front, and with more in the village centre to offer with shops, pubs and cafes this quaint settlement is a delightful place to holiday. Nearby are the towns of Hastings, Eastbourne and even Brighton is within easy driving distance, so use this lovely area as a base to explore England's south coast.
