Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/dryer, 2 x TVs (one with DVD player), selection of books, games and DVDs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 1 minute walk. Beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Note: Pay and Display car parking available within 5-10 minutes walk of the property. Note: There is a spiral staircase at the property so care must be taken. Note: Babes in arms welcome.
