Central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed private patio with seating and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop on-site and pub within 1.3 miles. Note: Pub is currently being built on-site. Note: Owner's house is next door but is sectioned off. Note: The campsite and caravan park are not immediately next to Sherwood Lodge, they are set further back within owner's 12 acres
