Ty Coed is a detached, single-storey cottage, one of seven holiday homes on-site situated 2.5 miles from Cardigan. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a front patio with hot tub and shared use of lawned grounds with furniture, a outdoor heated swimming pool and children's play area. Ty Coed provides excellent accommodation for a small family. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric storage heaters with woodburning stove. Electric double oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with hot tub, plus communal lawned grounds with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 3 miles. Note: Swimming pool available from the start of May to mid Sep. Note: Owners' live on-site. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The market town of Cardigan in Ceredigion is situated on the River Teifi and offers shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle. The Pembrokeshire coastline is just a few miles away, plus you will find Cardigan Island Farm Park, Blue Flag sandy beaches and a horse riding centre in the area. Within driving distance is the town of Carmarthen, Dylan Thomas' Boat House in Laugharne, and an array of castles, mills and craft centres.
