Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size double and a single, the apartment can sleep three guests. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The rest of the interior includes a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars. 285a Conway Road is a superb base for exploring all that Colwyn Bay and North Wales has to offer. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The delightful coastal resort of Colwyn Bay is situated in Cowny, along the North coast of Wales. The town boasts a pretty selection of shops, numerous pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and a sandy beach, which is dog friendly in some sections. Colwyn Bay is a great starting point for exploring North Wales, with the picturesque Snowdonia National just a short drive away, whilst along the coast is the popular Llandudno, the city of Bangor, and the Isle of Anglesey.
