Overview
This well-presented single storey lodge is set on the Thorpe Park Holiday Complex in the small village of Thorpe-on-the-Hill and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All-ground-floor: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area.
Sycamore Lodge is a single storey lodge on a quiet site, set in the village of Thorpe-on-the-Hill and close to the city of Lincoln. The property has two bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room and a twin which is served by the family bathroom, providing enough space for four guests. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Outside there is a decked veranda with a private hot tub and off road parking for 2 cars. Sycamore Lodge is a wonderful base, all year round. From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decking with private hot tub. One well behaved dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note, No dogs allowed on furniture or bedding. Note: The golf course is an extra cost to guests, there is an offer of two for one.

The little village of Thorpe-on-the-Hill is situated is close by to the city of Lincoln, making it an ideal base for those wanting to stay in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside while keeping close to the bustling city. Less than a mile away is the Whisby Nature Reserve, offering 300-acres of stunning wildlife and gorgeous lakeside views. Lincoln is within half an hours drive and is home to numerous attractions and amenities, including the medieval Cathedral.
