This gorgeous 5* former reading room rests in Feock and can sleep 6 people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x super king size (can be twin on request) with en-suite and dressing room, 1 x super king size (zip/link to twin on request), 1 x bunk. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Utility room with additional basin and WC.
The Reading Room is a fabulous 5* home situated in the waterside village of Feock in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a double with ensuite and dressing room, a twin and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a cosy sitting room. Outside is neat gravelled garden. A short walk from Loe beach and with much to explore, The Reading room is a beautiful property in one of the best areas of Cornwall.

Electric heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Parking is in a lay by directly outside the property. One well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Beach 10 minute walk, pub 20 mins walk.

Feock is a picture book village on the Carrick Roads. Almost hidden in trees, the village lazily watches over the extensive Fal estuary with creeks and open sea beyond.
