This superb lodge rests on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms; 1 x double with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.
Birch Lodge is a lovely lodge situated on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, Devon. With all rooms on the ground-floor, there is a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Discover two bedrooms, a double and twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Birch Lodge is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the Devonshire countryside. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Newton Abbot is a market town and civil parish in Devon, resting on the River Tein, in the Teignbridge District.
