Ty'n Y Coed is a detached Victorian cottage nestled in Llanegryn, near Tywyn, Wales. Hosting five bedrooms: one double with en-suite shower room, three doubles and one single, sleeping a total of nine guests and served by a family bathroom. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility, a conservatory and two sitting rooms, one with an electric fire and one with a woodburning stove. Large lawned garden, patio and gravelled areas with furniture. Hot Tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4.4 miles. Note: There are covered fish ponds in the gardens, children to be supervised. Note: Property does not accept hen/stag or similar.
