Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size with en-suite cloakroom with basin and WC, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Gas oven and hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Private outdoor decking area with outdoor seating and a hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.6 miles and pub 0.01 miles
