Overview
This semi-detached cottage rests near Whitby and can sleep 12 people in five bedrooms. Main house: Four bedrooms: 1 x first-floor double, 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x ground-floor double with jack-and-gill access to 1 x ground-floor twin. Bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, basin an WC. Ground-floor shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Annexe: 1 x family bedroom with 2 x single beds and 1 x bunk bed. Toilet facilities for the annexe are a few feet away in the main building.
Sleeping Dragon is a semi-detached property resting on the outskirts of Whitby. Within the main house you will find four bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom, two ground-floor double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, and the annexe comes with a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to 12 people. The bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn area and seating. Sleeping Dragon is an impressive base for gathering your loved ones together to explore this part of North Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Whitby is an ancient fishing port resting at the mouth of the River Esk and is surrounded by the rolling moorland of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Within this pretty town you will find winding streets and hidden alleys lined with independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as attractions including a a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beach and the famous 199 steps which take you up to the Abbey.
