Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Garden with lawn, patio and seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 1.1 miles. Note: The open-tread staircase is quite steep and is therefore not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The bedroom is in the eave space and the bed is accessed by ducking under a large ceiling beam. Note: The bedroom has restricted head height. Please ensure dogs are on a lead at all times when on the grounds around the property due to farm areas.

The village of Penrhyndeudraeth is in North Wales close to the mouth of the River Dwyryd and a few miles from the famous Portmeirion. It is home to a SPAR, a pub, a Post Office and a fish and chip shop, as well as a railway station which takes you along the Ffestiniog Railway. Porthmadog is an easy car or train journey away and can offer you a wider selection of eateries and shopping.
