This detached lodge rests within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot and sleeps up to four people, in two bedrooms. All ground-floor. Two bedrooms; 1 x double with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.
Ash Lodge is a superb, detached lodge resting within Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a wraparound decked area. Ash Lodge is a wonderful base for spending time with your loved ones. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Travel cot and highchair available by request. Off-road parking for two cars. Wrap-around decked area. Shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am-8pm, May-Sept. One well behaved pet welcome at an additional charge.Sorry, no smoking. Shop and fishing lake on-site, pub 1.9 miles.

Newton Abbot rests at the heart of The English Riviera and was once an ancient market town. Today you will find a mild climate, thriving palm trees and a selection of shops and the Hedgehog Hospital. You will also find a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn and the only working malthouses left in the UK. Close by are the coastal towns of Teignmouth and Shaldon.
