Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. High chair, iron and hairdryer available. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Decked area with chairs, tables and barbecue, fire pit, hot tub, surf racks and heated surf shower. Three well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 0.9 miles. Beach 400 metre's walk. Note: Dining packages are available at additional cost which include seafood BBQ's, fully catered sit down meals and ready meals to heat up, please contact the owner's for more information. Note: The balcony from the bedroom will be enclosed by the time of the stay. Note: Housekeeping available at additional cost. Note: The owner's live discreetly and separately at the rear of the car park. Note: Thursday changeover day for 7 night bookings in August and October half term 2019 and July and August 2020.
