Ground-floor bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting/Dining room.
Maerdy Lodge is a wonderful property resting on the outskirts of Solva. It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor double with an en-suite wet room, a ground-floor double, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Also on the ground-floor is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a woodburning fire. To the outside you will find a garden area and off-road parking. Maerdy Lodge is a superb base for a family gathering. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Solva is a small village resting around a a tidal harbour which offers walks along the dramatic coast path. Within the village you will find a selection of pubs serving good food, a fish and chip shop, gift shops, art galleries and a nearby superb woollen mill shop. Nearby is the smallest city in Britain, St Davids and the beach of Whitesands Bay is also within close reach.
