The Leat is a lovely converted barn nestled on the fringes of St. Columb Major in Cornwall. It boasts two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off-road parking, a large shared garden with lawns and a shared tennis court. The Leat offers just the break you need near the beautiful, coastal town of Newquay.

Note: This property can sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children due to the small twin beds in the twin room.

St Columb Major is located near the north coast of Cornwall and boasts a small handful of amenities, while the surf resort of Newquay has bars, clubs, a zoo, shops, the National Surfing Centre and many beaches. The South West Coast path, winds its way over the clifftops and offers a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities, and you also have the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan within easy reach.
